Save time with Mainstage patches you can count on to be right.
There are a lot of decent sound presets included with Mainstage 3, but they can be difficult to use in a contemporary worship setting. For one, they almost always require some edits before they sound and feel right. And two, who has the time to wade through dozens of sounds to find one that’s sort of right for what you need?
Enter Mainstage Core Sounds.
This collection gives you those dialed in, go-to sounds that you can count on to be right. And they come with a variety of settings that you commonly need for contemporary praise and worship songs.
In this collection, you will find the grand piano sound, carefully tailored to sound its best; electric pianos that play and function like the real thing; two new custom pad sounds; and much more. The “special sauce” layer is also included (see the “More Core Sounds” video below).
Many of the sounds also come with special settings that allow you to adjust sounds to fit in different situations.
Mainstage Core Sounds Collection
A few things:
1) You must have a Mac computer and a MIDI keyboard to use these sounds.
2) Mainstage 3 is required. This concert will not open on Mainstage 2 or previous versions.
3) For full hardware control of these sounds, 2-4 drum pads are helpful (not required), and you’ll need 4-5 MIDI knobs somewhere in your setup.
4) After purchase, be sure to watch the first 1:20 of this video for setup instructions.
